Introduction
The practice of interest has been prevalent in human life for ages. Islam is a complete system of life. Success in this world and the hereafter is the main goal of Islam. Therefore, in order to introduce an interest-free social system, prominent Islamic thinkers and Islamic economists have been working for ages to come out of the interest-free business and manage finances in a halal manner. In line with this, Islamic banking system, Islamic finance and microfinance or small loans are being established in our country. Those who believe in this world and the hereafter are certainly interested in leading an interest-free life, this is our effort for them. Therefore, we formed Al-Baraka Islamic Management Limited in 2011 with the aim of leading a halal and blessed life based on interest-free Shariah by rejecting haram or interest. It is a non-profit voluntary organization providing self-financed small and medium investment services.
The organization's main objective and goal is to ensure the broad participation of the larger population in social development through multifaceted employment-oriented activities through training to meet the basic needs of the people of Bangladesh, including food, housing, education and medical care, as well as socio-economic development, to eliminate unemployment and create entrepreneurship, and to take measures to make them self-reliant through financial investment.
